Design
- Planning: We offer initial layout options (A3 CAD drawings) and hold a pre-planning meeting with the client and Planning Officer to discuss the project. We submit planning applications.
- Pre Construction Contractor Procurement: We prepare tender documents for each element of the construction
- Full Project Management: This includes on-site supervision, weekly site meetings and management of the project to ensure contractors adhere to the work programme
- Site Certification: To include Fire Safety and DSA licences
